We are an established Decorative Concrete Products Manufacturer and Supplier. To achieve higher standards in quality requirements and expansion of new products, we are looking for a dedicated person to take up the above position..

 

Job Description

 

·      Involve in improving existing product formulations and new products development.

·      To carry out all lab operations and QA/QC parameters in production batches and finished products.

·      To troubleshoot product issues and provide solutions and recommendations. Site visit to determine probable causes.

·      To prepare all documents TDS, MSDS ,method statement, production procedures and others.

·      To liaise with raw materials suppliers and sourcing alternative suppliers for the betterment of cost and quality.


The Candidate:-

 

  • Possess good analytical and problem solving skills
  •  Able to work independently
  •  Able to communicate well within departments, customers and suppliers
  •  At least 5 years of work related experience
  •  Preferable age group between 30-35 years old 

 

Working days    :Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
                                    :Saturday (once a month)  8am - 12pm

ADMIN CUM E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT

E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT

Requirements:


  • Able to converse and written in Malay and English and Mandarin
  • Responsible, punctual, independent and good communication skill
  • With/Without experience
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed.
  • Familiar with e-commerce platform is a plus.


Job Descriptions:


  • Handles incoming calls and outgoing calls from customers
  • Reply messages from customers
  • After sales service
  • Admin work
  • Complete e-commerce orders (picking products based on customer’s order/ packaging/ arrange courier).
  • Careful and mindful personality, willing to ask and learn.

SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

 Requirements :
  • Must be self motivated, target driven with good communication skills and be committed to the responsibility of the job entrusted to him or her. 
  • Certificate/Diploma/Degree in building industry disciplines would be an advantage but not a requirement as the company values results and productivity above all else.
  • Proven experience in the building materials industry especially in the supply and installation of decorative concrete, tiling, pavements and coatings will be a valuable asset.
  • Have own transport and valid driving licence.

Responsibilities :


  • Sales, supply and installation of a range exceptional concrete flooring products and coatings to existing and prospective customers.
  • Have the grit and drive to make cold calls and expand customer portfolio.
  • Be able in the best of your abilities to meet monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Have good negotiating and relationship skills with clients to ensure continued sales in the future.
  • Coordinate sales efforts together with the sales team and other departments.
