MASTERPAV EC13
SF Epoxy Coating
MASTERPAV EC13 SF is a two-component, solvent-free epoxy coating formulated for medium to heavy-duty industrial flooring. With its low-viscosity pigmented composition, EC13 is designed to be used as a topcoat over primed concrete surfaces, offering a durable, seamless, and chemical-resistant finish.
When combined with non-slip aggregates, EC13 can be applied to create textured, anti-slip flooring suitable for safety-critical environments such as factories, processing areas, or warehouses. It is ideal for interior concrete surfaces requiring long-term resistance to mechanical and chemical wear.

- 2.5 kg/m2 MASTERPAV EC 19
 - SURFACE PREPARATION - · The concrete surface to receive the MASTERPAV EC19 Metallic Epoxy Coating shall be subjected to mechanical grinding to achieve a concrete surface profile (CSP) 1 – 3 as recommended by ICRI. - · The concrete surface shall be thoroughly clean and free from any debris or dust by subjecting to high-pressure cleaning or vacuum machine. - · It is recommended to conduct concrete moisture test before application of MASTERPAV EC19 Metallic Epoxy Coating. Concrete substrate shall have moisture content of maximum 4%. For concrete substrate with moisture content higher than 4%, a moisture barrier is recommended. - · All cracks are to be rectify before actual application. - PRIMER - · Pour the entire content of Part B into Part A of MASTERPAV EC10. - · Mechanically mix the mixture using low power mixer until homogeneous. - · Apply the mixed material using suitable roller and allow it to dry overnight. - TOPCOAT - · The previously applied primer should be cured, dry to the touch, and no longer tacky. - · Light sanding the surface (promotes good bond between coats), follows by vacuuming. - · Wipe clean the dust using a microfiber wipe with a suitable solvent (eg: MASTERPAV Thinner 101) - · Pour the entire content of Part B into Part A of MASTERPAV EC19 Metallic Epoxy Coating. - · Mechanically mix the mixture using low power mixer until homogeneous. - · Divide the mixed epoxy into 2 cups and add color to each one (Cup 1: Base color, Cup 2: Highlight color). Cup 1 should be the main base color and have most of the epoxy, while Cup 2 should be your highlight color and have less epoxy. - · For every 4kg (A+B) epoxy resin, 1 pack of MASTERPAV Metallic pigments (100g) is recommended. - · Pour out the main base color which have most of the epoxy and spread it using 5mm notched floor squeegee. - · Use microfiber roller (deshedded) to blend the base and highlight epoxy to customize the design. - · The floor will keep self-leveling for hours. Allow the floor to cure 24 hours before you allow anyone step on it. (Pro tips: Spray 91% isopropyl alcohol 15 minutes after application to get rid of air bubbles in the epoxy surface) - · The MASTERPAV EC19 Metallic Epoxy Coating need 2.5kg for every m2 of the project. - CAUTION! DO NOT LEAVE MIXED PRODUCT IN A BUCKET. THIS WILL CAUSE A FASTER CHEMICAL REACTION & THE EPOXY WILL THICKEN FASTER THAN IT SHOULD. THIS WILL COMPROMISE THE WORKING TIME. REFER TO POT LIFE DATA BEFORE USE.
