MASTERPAV TS2.5

Tinted Sealer

MASTERPAV TS2.5 Tinted Sealer is a pigmented solvent based coating. It is highly advised to apply MASTERPAV TS2.5 by roller for an even finishing. It dries fast and imparts onto the concrete surfaces with a pigmented semi gloss finish and good protection from surface staining. It is important to ensure that the surface receiving the MASTERPAV TS2.5 is dry, clean and free from dust prior application to ensure maximum adhesion.   


It is available in more than 40 colours, similar to the M300. Customization of colours could also be done under the request of customers (with MOQ applied).

  • PRODUCT INFORMATION


    Packaging         :  5 liter, 20 liter

    Consumption  :  4- 5 sq mtr per liter

    Shelf life             :   12 months if kept sealed and dry


    Note: Rate of consumption depends on the substrate porosity and texture.


  • INSTRUCTION FOR USE


    SURFACE PREPARATION

    Ensure the substrate is clean and dry. Remove any grease by detergent or alkaline etch. Loosely bound particles can be removed by air blower. Any algae, mildew or moss should be removed.


    MIXING

    Stir well before using.


    APPLICATION

    Apply using roller or brush. Allow sealer to dry for 24 hours for light traffic and at least 72 hours for heavy vehicle. For maximum protection, two coats of MASTERPAV TS2.5 can be applied, wait approximately 1 – 2 hours between coats.


    NOTE:

    MASTERPAV TS2.5 is not recommended for substrates that contain high moisture. Spot test can be conducted to determine if the surface which is ready to receive TS2.5.
