Acrylic Sealer Primer

MASTERPAV AS20  Acrylic Sealer Primer is a solvent based clear finish which prepares the surface to receive the top coat finishing. It is highly advised to apply MASTERPAV AS20 by roller for an even finishing. It dries fast and absorb into the concrete surface.  It could be coated on interior and exterior concrete imprint surfaces, pebble floors, slate and other concrete flooring materials. 


It is important to ensure that the surface receiving the MASTERPAV AS20 is dry, clean and free from dust prior application to ensure maximum adhesion.

  • PRODUCT INFORMATION


    Packaging         :  1 liter, 5 liter, 20 liter

    Consumption  :  3.5 - 4 sq mtr per liter

    Shelf life             :   12 months if kept sealed and dry


    Note: Rate of consumption depends on the substrate porosity and texture.


  • INSTRUCTION FOR USE


    SURFACE PREPARATION

    Ensure the substrate is clean and dry. Remove any grease by detergent or alkaline etch. Loosely bound particles can be removed by air blower. Any algae, mildew or moss should be removed.


    MIXING

    Stir well before using.


    APPLICATION

    Apply using roller or brush. It is highly recommended to apply MASTERPAV AS20 before the application of Acrylic Sealer Top Coat (AS23, AS26, AS30 or AS40). It is best to practice 2 hours of drying time before applying the next coat.


    NOTE:

    MASTERPAV AS20 is not recommended for substrates that contain high moisture. Spot test can be conducted to determine if the surface which is ready to receive AS20.
